with a description of the problem you are having and we will do everything

If for any reason we cannot resolve your issue we will give you a full refund for your game purchase.
Frequently asked questions
My registration code doesn't seem to be working.
Make sure you are typing the registration number in correctly, including the hyphens and ensure you enter the email address that you used when purchasing your game. Check that you are connected to the internet as the game will need to connect to our server to validate your registration code.
If the game is still not accepting your serial number, contact customer support and we will send you a new code.
Help, I lost my registration code!
No problem, simply send an email to support@meltedgames.co.uk
giving the name of the game you bought and we will send you another email
containing your registration code.
Is it safe to buy online with my credit card?
Yes, buying our games online is safe because our store is powered by Plimus.
